MAXIMUM INK BONDING

Roland EUV5-2 inks for this printer are supplied in 220ml eco cartridges, are toy safe with no heavy metals and have a shelf life of up to 15 months.

AUTOMATED & INTUITIVE MAINTENANCE
Regular cleaning processes are automatically performed according to conditions before each print.
Automated cleaning cycles are also performed when the printer is not in use to ensure the printer is in kept in its optimum ready state and condition.
The machine automatically circulates white ink within its ink lines to prevent the settling of heavy particles, maintaining the opacity characteristic of white ink.
Simple manual daily cleaning is semi-automated and prompted from within the utility software.
PRINTING ON CURVES WITH DISTANCE MODE
The distance mode employs a large dot type for achieving high-density printing, even when the printhead is not in close proximity to the substrate.
This mode is ideal for curved surfaces or instances with small height variations between objects.
Note that for distance mode the recommended distance/height is less than 6 mm for CMYK and 4 mm for white ink.

OPTIMISED FOR POSITIONING JIGS
The precisely calibrated 240x175mm steel print bed features multiple mounting holes and guidelines, ensuring flawless product positioning for every print job.
Custom jigs can be created to optimize efficiency and accommodate products larger than the bed's dimensions.
Additionally, adhesive sheets are provided, offering a swift and straightforward method for mounting products directly onto the print bed.
OPTIONAL ROTARY ATTACHMENT
This compact rotary device is designed for products with dimensions ranging from 30-170mm in length and 10-50mm in diameter.
It is only suitable for small cylindrical items such as mini-bottles and lipsticks.
The print head's nozzles are strategically "masked" to accommodate the limited surface area of cylindrical items, resulting in a slower but precise printing speed.
TEXT : HIGH SPEED : STANDARD : HIGH QUALITY
You have a variety of print settings at your disposal, allowing you to prioritise either print speed or quality.
For instance, printing a phone case-sized product can be accomplished in less than 2 minutes using high-speed colour-only settings, or approximately 6.5 minutes with a primer+white+CMYK configuration for enhanced quality.
EFFICIENT INK CONSUMPTION
Printing an averagely colourful image on a phone case, using Wh+CMYK on a high speed setting would use apx. 0.07ml of CMYK ink (£0.02) and 0.4ml of white ink (£0.07).
